Registration

Registration Guidelines:

To enter Kindergarten, children must be 5 years old on or before Sept 1.

To enter first grade, children must be 6 years old on or before Sept 1.

To register your child in school, the following documentation is needed:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Proof of immunizations must be submitted to the school on a valid Florida DH 680 Immunization Form. The form can be obtained at your doctor’s office or any Orange County Health Department.
  3. Proof of physical examination within the last year.
  4. Verification of your residency in Orange County with one of the following:
      • Homestead Exemption Card or Warranty Deed
      • Lease/Rental Agreement
      • Notarized Statement (MUST BE FROM PUPIL ASSIGNMENT)
      • Declaration of Domicile (for new residents of Florida
Bring the appropriate documentation to the school office during regular school hours.
